the pick up was 45min late, and the classes have two sessions, our session was packed, and every move, you will run into some one, the steak was too well cook, yet the show was good.and good teacher

Learning Tango was fantastic; Tamgo show also was very good Service not so much I mean, chorizo was not so soft as I was expecting.

Complejo Tango
I have chosen this show because they promised to show the tango in its development. I cannot say that they achieved this goal but still the show was rather interesting and the dancers good. A good value for the price.

Como já tinha assistido Senhor Tango, gostei muito mais do Complejo Tango, pelo local, muito mais íntimo e aconchegante; por realmente ver bem de perto pessoas dançando o verdadeiro tango com muita leveza, prendendo totalmente a atenção. Não fiz a aula por ter tido um compromisso um pouco mais cedo, mas de qualquer forma gostei muito do programa oferecido além de dizer que o vinho era ótimo.Valeu a pena e indico Complejo Tango.

Description

The Complejo Tango show is under the direction of an orchestra that gathers renowned musicians with a cast of professional dancers and singers. The show recreates tango history from its beginnings, divided into five scenes:

The birth of tango, the dance, the compadrito (swaggerer) and malevo (tough guy) period (1880/ 1900/ 1910).

The golden age, the arrival of tango to the city center and its boom in Paris (1920 / 1930). Tango golden decade, its prolific artistic production and the emergence of great composers (1940). The enhancement of women’s figure in the ‘60s, with their full sensuality, elegance, and romanticism (1960).

The powerful energy of contemporary tango projecting towards the entire world with composers such as Piazzolla (1980 – 2000).

The service includes: tango lesson (if is requested), attendance certificate, a la carte dinner, free beverages (water, sodas, wine and beer) and tango Show.
